1. Returns

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (honey, amlou, olive oil, and other food items), we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos at contact@mielriadsalam.com.
We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if needed.
